Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 5 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 - 3 oz. pkg. peach, apricot or orange gelatin
  • 2 c. unsweetened frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. whipped topping
  • 1 - 9 oz. graham cracker crust

Directions

    In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.

    Stir in water until smooth.

    Bring to a boil.

    Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thick.

    Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin until completely dissolved.

    Add peaches and refrigerate approx. 20 minutes until slightly thickened.
