- 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling, divided
- 18 14 ounces yellow cake mix
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 34 cups powdered sugar
- 13 cup margarine or 13 cup butter, softened
Directions

1Heat oven to 350.

2Grease 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.

3In large bowl, coarsely chop pie filling.

4Reserve 1/3 cup for frosting.

5To remaining pie filling, stir in cake mix, ginger, molasses and eggs until well blended.

6Spread in prepared pan.

7Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

8Cool completely.

9In a small bowl, beat all frosting ingredients until smooth; spread over bars.

10Cut into bars.

11Store in refrigerator.
