  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. milk

    Drain peaches; cut into small pieces.

    Mix all ingredients just until dry ingredients are moistened.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes or until done.

    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
