- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. peach preserves
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan while preheating oven. Stir in rolled oats, flour, sugar and baking powder until blended. Mixture will be crumbly; reserve 1/2 cup crumbs.

2Pat remaining mixture in bottom of pan.

3Spread preserves to within 1/2-inch of edges.

4Sprinkle on coconut and remaining crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

6Cool in pan.
