  • 1 raw pie crust
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. raw oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve 1/4 c. juice)

Directions

    Arrange half of peaches in crust.

    Mix remaining ingredients, except reserved juice and rest of peaches.

    Crumble 1/2 of mixture over peaches in crust.

    Repeat with remaining peaches and crumb topping and reserved juice.

    Bake 20 minutes at 375°; then reduce heat to 325° until golden brown and set (about 30 more minutes).
