- 1 pie pastry, refrigerated, rolled out and put into tart pan
- 3 cups fresh peeled and chopped peaches
- 1 cup splenda sugar
- 13 cup flour
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup light sour cream
- 12 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 23 cup instant oats
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven 375 degrees.

2Put chopped up peaches into prepared tart pan.

3In a medium bowl, mix spenda, flour and salt.

4Beat eggs and add sour cream.

5Add egg sour cream mixture to splenda flour mixture and mix well.

6Pour over peaches in tart pan, and with spatula spread over evenly on peaches.

7Mix oats, coconut, nutmeg and melted butter together.

8Sprinkle over peach mixture.

9Bake one hour or until done.

10Let sit for 15 minutes before removing side and slicing.
