  • 7/8 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 1 small egg
  • 11/16 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Prepare a baking tray with a nonstick mat, or line with parchment paper. Set aside.

    Begin by chopping the peanuts coarsely for a few seconds in the blender.

    Add the egg, and beat.

    Add peanut butter, and beat again.

    Finally, add sugar, and mix all very well.

    With a dessert spoon (2 teaspoons), slightly space small portions of dough on the tray.

    Flatten slightly with the bottom of the spoon.

    Bake for about 15 minutes, or until they're golden brown.

    Remove from oven, and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool on a rack. Store in an airtight container.
