Ingredients: 1/2 c. shortening; 1/3 c. white sugar; 1 egg; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1 bowl sugar (1 c.); 3/4 c. peanut butter; 1/3 c. packed brown sugar; 2 Tbsp. milk; 1 1/2 c. flour; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 bag Hershey's Kisses

1/3 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 bowl sugar (1 c.)
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bag Hershey's Kisses

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except for the 1 bowl of sugar.

Roll dough in 1-inch balls and roll in bowl of sugar.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. While still hot from oven, press one Hershey's Kiss carefully into the top of each cookie.
