  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • unwrapped Hershey's Kisses (approximately a 16 oz. bag)

Directions

    Cream together butter and peanut butter.

    Add sugars, then egg and vanilla.

    Blend sifted flour, soda and salt.

    Roll cookie dough into individual balls.

    Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

    (At Christmas, you can dip rounded balls into colored sugar before placing, sugar side up on cookie sheet.) Press unwrapped Hershey's Kiss in center of cookie, as soon as you remove from oven, then take off cookie sheet.
