- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. raw peanuts
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine sugar, syrup and water; bring to a boil.

2Stir in peanuts gradually so as not to lose the boil.

3Keep at a rolling boil until peanuts pop and turn brown.

4Remove from heat; add soda, stirring well.

5Add salt.

6Pour on a well-greased platter. Allow room for candy to spread.

7When cold, break in clumps. Yield:
