- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 to 4 c. peanuts
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
Directions

1Cook sugar, syrup and water until it forms a soft ball when tried in water (236°).

2Add peanuts and cook until mixture is amber colored (294°).

3Remove from stove and add salt and soda mixture.

4Stir thoroughly and pour onto greased cookie sheet.
