- 1 c. roasted salted peanuts
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Stir together sugar and syrup in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Cook 4 minutes on high.

3Add peanuts and cook 3 more minutes on high. Add butter and vanilla, stir well.

4Cook 1 1/2 minutes more or until peanuts are lightly browned and syrup is hot.

5Add baking soda and stir gently until foamy, use wooden spoon.

6Spread evenly on greased baking sheet.

7Cool 1/2 to 1 hour.

8Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
