- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. raw Spanish peanuts
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Bring sugar, corn syrup and water to boil.

2Cook to 238°.

3Add peanuts and salt to mixture and cook to 300°.

4Remove from heat. Quickly stir margarine, baking soda and vanilla into hot mixture, blending well.

5Turn hot mixture onto well-greased cookie sheet. Cool completely.

6Break into pieces.

7Store in airtight container or eat.
