- 1 c. corn syrup
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. raw peanuts or dry roasted peanuts (I like these the best)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Cook corn syrup, sugar, water and raw peanuts to 230°.

2Add margarine and vanilla and cook to 290°.

3Take off heat and add baking soda.

4This makes it real airy.

5But make sure baking soda is fresh or it will not be any good.

6Then pour onto a well buttered long cookie sheet and let cool a little to where you can work with it with your hands (buttered) and stretch as to desired thickness.
