Peanut Butter Candy

Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
  • 1 (13 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Place sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.

    Cook to soft ball stage on candy thermometer.

    Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter chips, Marshmallow Creme and vanilla.

    Beat until smooth.

    Pour in buttered 9-inch square or larger pan.

    Cut in squares when cool.
