  • 20 vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 10 wooden sticks
  • 5 oz. chocolate-flavor candy coating

Directions

    To assemble, spread about 1 teaspoon peanut butter over flat side of 1 vanilla wafer; press end of wooden stick into peanut butter and top with a plain vanilla wafer making a sandwich.

    Melt candy coating in a small saucepan over low heat.

    Dip cookies into coating allowing excess to drip off.
  4. 4
    Place on wax paper upright until cool.
