- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Karo syrup
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. peanut butter
Directions

1Combine sugar, milk and Karo in heavy saucepan.

2Bring to rolling boil and boil for 4 minutes.

3Remove from heat and place in pan of cold water.

4Add margarine, peanut butter and vanilla, beat until it thickens to spreading consistency.

5(Don't give up, sometimes it takes a little while to thicken.)

6If it gets too thick, add a little milk.
