  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 Tbsp. (heaping) peanut butter
  • 1 c. of 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 chocolate pie crust
  • 1 (9 or 12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Directions

    Mix peanut butter and cream cheese together; will be stiff. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and mix thoroughly together.

    Add vanilla; fold in remainder of Cool Whip.

    This will make 2 medium pies or 1 thick pie.

    Freeze and remove from freezer when ready to eat.
