- 6 pork chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 c. peanut butter (chunky)
- 2 c. water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
Directions

1Brown pork chops in oil and remove to a plate.

2Stir peanut butter and soup into drippings while gradually adding water.

3Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

4Add pork chops, onion and green pepper.

5Cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.

6Serve over noodles or rice.
