Peanut Chews

Name: Peanut Chews
Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix; 1/3 c. melted butter; 1 egg; 3 c. miniature marshmallows; 1 pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips; 2/3 c. corn syrup; 2 tsp. vanilla; 2 c. peanuts; 2 c. Rice Krispies

1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1 egg
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips
2/3 c. corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peanuts
2 c. Rice Krispies

Mix together cake mix, butter and egg.

Press in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for 12 minutes to set.

Pour the miniature marshmallows over warm crust and return to oven just until they begin to puff.

In a saucepan, melt the Reese's peanut butter chips with corn syrup.

Stir in vanilla and pour over peanuts and Rice Krispies.

Mix well and spoon over crust/marshmallows.

Allow to set.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
