  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 18 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. milk chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy 3-quart saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes or until a candy thermometer reaches 234°.

    Remove from heat and add chocolate morsels.

    Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until chocolate melts; stir in peanuts.

    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased wax paper; cool and store in an airtight container.
