  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened (I Used Light)
  • 1 cup 100% Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Adobo Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1/2 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 6 ounces, weight Canned, Sliced Black Olives, Drained
  • Cayenne Pepper To Taste

Directions

    In a large bowl combine the cream cheese and pumpkin, beating with a hand mixer until completely combined.

    Add in taco seasoning, garlic powder, adobo seasoning, pepper flakes and lime juice.

    Mix until combined.

    Stir in peppers and olives, taste for seasoning.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Serve with tortilla chips and pepper strips.
