  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. roasted peanuts

Directions

    Mix sugar, milk, marshmallows, margarine and salt in a large saucepan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add chocolate chips, vanilla and peanuts.

    Mix well and drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.

    Store in airtight container.
