  • 1-1/2 qt. water
  • 2 qt. oil

  • 3/4 cup nam pla (fish sauce)
  • 3 cups creamy peanut butter

  • 80 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz. each)

    Peanut-Ginger Dressing: Beat ingredients in 6-qt.

    bowl with mixer fitted with wire whip attachment on low speed 2 min.

    Chicken: Pour Peanut-Ginger Dressing over chicken in 8-gal.

    Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours to marinate.
