- 1 c. milk
- 2/3 c. white Karo
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. Spanish peanuts (little over 12 oz. can)
Directions

1Bring to a boil over medium heat.

2Boil to a soft boil stage (240°).

3This takes about 25 minutes.

4Stir occasionally.

5Remove and add 4 tablespoons butter, 8 to 10 drops red food color and 1 cup powdered sugar.

6Beat by hand until firm.

7Drop onto buttered wax paper.

8Use a jar ring to make round.
