  • 3 eggs, beaten just to blend
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped peanuts
  • 1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup and butter.

    Spread peanuts in pie shell.

    Pour filling over top.

    Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Cool well before cutting into wedges.
