- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- whipped cream
Directions

1In medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy.

2Add sugar, syrup, butter, salt, vanilla, cloves and vinegar. Continue tobeat utnil thoroughly blended.

3Stir in raisins and peanuts.

4Turn into pastry shell.

5Bake at 375 degrees fro 45 minute or until firm.

6Serve slightly warm or cool, with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
