- 1 round steak
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- water
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans tomato sauce (plain)
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- bell pepper
- 1 medium white onion
- 2 cloves garlic
Directions

1Cut round steak into one-inch cubes and throw them in a large heavy pot.

2And add peanut butter.

3Mix peanut butter into the beef with your hands.

4Even out the layer of peanut butter covered meat and add enough water to cover the meat plus about a quarter inch.

5Add heat on high.

6Add tomato sauce and let cook to a boil, stirring occasionally.

7Add the beef bouillon.

8Meanwhile begin chopping the peppers, onion and garlic.

9Add the copped ingredients to the pot once it has come to a boil, lower the heat and let cook until the desired about of flavor had cooked out of the chopped ingredients (about a half hour) stirring occasionally.
