- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Mix pears, nuts and sugar.

2Let stand 1 hour.

3Sift dry ingredients together.

4Add to pear mixture.

5Stir in oil and well beaten eggs.

6Add vanilla.

7Mix with wooden spoon.

8Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan.

9Bake 1 hour at 350°.
