  • 4 c. fresh chopped pears (chunky)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Mix pears, nuts and sugar.

    Let stand 1 hour.

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    Add to pear mixture.

    Stir in oil and well beaten eggs.

    Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan.
