  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. pears, cubed and drained
  • 1 c. pecans

    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.

    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture.

    Add vanilla.

    Fold in pears and nuts.
