- 5 lb. sugar
- 2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- juice from 3 lemons
Directions

1Peel, core and finely chop pears in blender.

2Put pears, sugar and lemon juice in kettle over medium heat.

3Cook until thickens; stir.

4Add pineapple.

5Cook 15 minutes.

6Pour into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.

7Adjust cups.

8Process 20 minutes in boiling water.
