- 1 bushel pears
- 10 lb. sugar
- 3 large cans crushed pineapple
- juice of 4 lemons
Directions

1Peel, slice and chop fine (or grate) pears.

2Put in a heavy pot.

3Add sugar, pineapple and lemon juice.

4Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let cook down until thick.

5Put in hot jars and seal.

6Makes about 30 pints.
