- fruit (good size chunks)
- 1/2 c. sugar to 1 c. fruit
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Wash, peel and cut fruit into good-size chunks.

2Cook with 1/2 cup sugar to 1 cup fruit.

3Wash and cut ends from 1 lemon.

4Cut in half and juice.

5Remove all seeds and put lemon hull and all in with fruit mixture.

6Cook over medium heat until fruit is transparent.

7Can immediately.
