  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. unsifted flour
  • cream cheese filling
  • 1 1/2 pears, sliced, peeled
  • chopped nut topping

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in vanilla.

    Add flour and mix well until blended.

    Spread in bottom and up 1 1/2-inches on sides of greased 9-inch spring-form pan.

    Spread Cream Cheese Filling evenly over crust.

    Arrange pears decoratively over filling.

    Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until brown.
