- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. unsifted flour
- cream cheese filling
- 1 1/2 pears, sliced, peeled
- chopped nut topping
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in vanilla.

2Add flour and mix well until blended.

3Spread in bottom and up 1 1/2-inches on sides of greased 9-inch spring-form pan.

4Spread Cream Cheese Filling evenly over crust.

5Arrange pears decoratively over filling.

6Sprinkle nut topping over pears.

7Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until brown.

8Serve cool or warm.
