- 1 tortilla, white flower
- 1 pear, ripe
- 1 teaspoon butter, cold
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons apricot jam
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400*.

2Lightly spray tortilla and place oil-side down on baking sheet.

3Peel, core, and thinly slice pear into about 20 slices.

4Fan slices out to cover tortilla in a radiating pattern.

5Cut cold butter into 6 or 8 pieces and arrange evenly over pear slices.

6Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over the top.

7Bake about 15 minutes, until pear is tender and sugar is bubbling.

8Stir jam to soften and spread lightly over the tart, using a pastry brush or the back of the spoon.

9Cut tart into wedges by pressing straight down with a knife (dont drag knife through it).

10Serve warm.
