Pear-Tuna Bake

  • 2 pears, halved
  • 6 oz. tuna
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 oz. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. imitation mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Cut 4 thin slices off pear and save for garnish. Chop remainder of the pear in a shallow baking dish. Gently combine the pear and tuna. Mix the remaining 5 ingredients and add to the tuna-pear mixture. Stir gently. Top with pear slices. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
