  • 1 gal. beans, partially drained
  • 1 lb. dark brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • bacon

Directions

    Pour half the beans in a Dutch oven.

    Mix brown sugar and mustard. Cover beans with half the mixture, then add remaining beans and cover with remaining mixture. Top with ketchup. Decorate with bacon. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325°, uncovered.
