- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

2Add onion.

3Cook, stirring often, 3 minutes or until soft.

4Add mushrooms.

5Cook, stirring 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.

6Stir in peas, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

7Cook, stirring 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.

8Serves 6.
