  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sliced fresh or canned mushrooms or 1 can chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 2 c. drained, hot, cooked or canned peas

Directions

    In hot butter in skillet, saute mushrooms and onion about 5 minutes or until tender.

    Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, marjoram and then peas.
