  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt butter in large pot. Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add vanilla and flour, a little at a time. Add 1 1/2 cups nuts.

    Mix and pour into pan. Add rest of nuts on top. Bake at 325° for 35 or 40 minutes.
