- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. dark or light Karo syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 (1-inch) sq. paraffin
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients (do not stir); cook on High for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes according to your microwave temperature.

2Remove from microwave.

3Add paraffin; stir until melted.

4Add nuts; return to microwave for 5 minutes.

5Remove from microwave and add baking soda; stir well.

6Pour into a pan sprayed with Pam and spread out immediately.
