Pecan Brittle Candy

Directions

   Mix sugar, syrup, salt and water.

   Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

   Stir in pecans.

   Cook until 300° on candy thermometer.

   Turn heat off.

   Add baking soda and butter.

   Pour out on cookie sheet.

   Cool.

   Break into pieces.
