- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- unbaked 10-inch pie crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In medium bowl blend cream cheese, sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 egg until smooth.

3Pour mixture into pie shell.

4Sprinkle with pecans.

5In another bowl, blend 3 large eggs, corn syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla and sugar until smooth. Gently pour mixture over nuts.

6Bake on center rack 50 to 60 minutes, until center is just set and pastry is golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
