- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (10-inch) pie crust
- 1 1/4 c. coarse chopped pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Blend first 4 ingredients and pour in pie crust.

2Sprinkle with pecans.

3Mix eggs in large bowl (blender) at medium speed until frothy.

4Add corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

5Beat well and pour over pecans.

6Preheat oven to 375°.

7Bake 35 to 40 minutes on center rack.

8Place on wire rack to cool.
