- 1 c. pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- pecan halves
Directions

1Chop pecans finely.

2If a grinder is used, put sugar along with the nuts.

3If using blender, whirl for only a second, then put in sugar and blend together.

4Fold the nut-sugar mixture into the stiffly beaten egg white and roll into balls.

5Place on greased cookie sheet, allowing plenty of room between.

6Press a half or quarter pecan on each.

7Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully, baking time depends on how finely the nuts are chopped.
