- 4 chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
Directions

1Place each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper and flatten with a rolling pin.

2Combine honey and mustard and spread on both sides of chicken.

3Dredge in chopped pecans. Arrange in lightly greased shallow dish.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes until done.
