• 4 Foster Farms chicken breast halves boneless and skinless
• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly shredded
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup pecans toasted and finely chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper divided
• 1/2 red pepper cut into strips
• 1/2 yellow pepper cut into strips
• 3 tablespoons italian salad dressing
• 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/8 cup olive oil
• 1 avocado peeled and sliced into 8 pieces
• 1 cup blackberries
