Pecan Chicken Recipe

- 4 (approx. 1 1/4 lbs.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or possibly turkey breast slices
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. finely minced pecans
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Place chicken in shallow dish or possibly plastic bag.

2Pour dressing over chicken, cover; marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 8 hrs.

3Drain.

4Dip chicken in combined crumbs and pecans; press to coat.

5Cook chicken in butter in large skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 min on each side or possibly till tender.

6Or possibly oven fried method: preheat oven to 375 degrees.

7Place breaded chicken in shallow baking dish or possibly jelly roll pan.

8Drizzle melted butter over chicken.

9Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till chicken is tender.

10(Can turn over half way through baking time.)
