  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsel
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions

    Combine sugar, evaporated milk and corn syrup in a 2 quart saucepan.

    Stir over medium heat until mixture boils and is bubbly all over top.

    Boil and stir over medium heat 2 minutes more.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in 1 cup pecans.
  6. 6
    Drop with 2 teaspoons on waxed paper.
  7. 7
    Chill until set.
