- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- confectioners sugar for rolling
Directions

1Beat butter or margarine until lemon colored.

2Then add other ingredients gradually.

3Roll into cocoon shapes and place on cookie sheet.

4Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

5While they are still hot, roll in powdered sugar.

6Yields about 3 dozen.
